With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a strong background in property management, residential sales, and client advocacy to every transaction. As the founder of Dahmes Properties LLC, I’ve helped countless clients successfully manage, prepare, and sell their properties throughout Willmar, MN and the surrounding communities.

After the passing of my husband—who was not only my biggest supporter but also my hands-on partner in property preparation and renovations—I made the move to a new brokerage closer to home. This change has provided the local support and resources needed to continue offering high-quality, personalized service to my clients. I now work with a trusted network of local professionals, including handymen and service providers, ensuring each property I list is market-ready and presented at its best.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Health Management and an Associate Degree in Business Administration, with a strong foundation in sales, leadership, and client service. My professional background includes years of experience providing advocacy and coordination for vulnerable and senior populations, where I developed deep empathy, strong communication, and relationship-building skills—all of which translate directly into my real estate practice.
